Bard Song and spell casting: Other PCs

Came across an oddball bug here.  Was in the searing sands as my vamp sorc while AoD was around with his vamp bard.  We were in party together, but on different levels of the ruins.  AoD was singing the fire hymn, and while that was in effect, I could not cast any spells despite not being a bard who was singing, nor even in the same area.  I got the "You cannot weave that spell into your current song" message.

Yup, confirming this happening. ^^'

It was only tried with the Hymn of the Pyre, unsure of all the bard songs work that way ( but suspect it if they use the same coding). A fix should be doable by scripting in a check for the bard song penalties to only affect the bard who sings.

We tested again with other songs, but couldn't get it to duplicate again even with hymn.

However, I wondered if it had something to do with that buggy trigger in the hall of statues, the one that several months ago Wind had noted as stripping her ascension bonuses, and I noticed would remove my animal companion from party (not unsummoned, removed from party).
